Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund or store credit.

Conditions for Return

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and liners attached. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear. For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Visit swimwearszone.com and log into your account. Go to your order history, select the items you wish to return, and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirmation with next steps.

Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Store credits never expire.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order at swimwearszone.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, clearance products, and accessories such as earrings are not eligible for return.
